Verified sitters
Members can complete identity and background verification. Verified and Background Verified badges appear on every profile and in search.
Reliability scoring
Each sitter has a reliability score computed from completed sits, reviews, response speed, and cancellations — plus specialized scores for dogs, cats, senior pets, medical care, and more.
Two-sided reviews
After every completed sit, both the homeowner and sitter review each other. Reviews are one of the platform's primary trust mechanisms.
Repeat networks
The strongest trust signal is a repeat relationship. Save reliable sitters and rebook them again and again.
Emergency backup
When you confirm a sitter, we line up 2–3 backup sitters on standby. If a sitter cancels, you can trigger a prioritized replacement search instantly.

Sitters can import credibility from Airbnb, Rover, LinkedIn, a personal website, and references — so trust travels with them.
